Armed bank rubber vanishes with 30,000 liras in Istanbul

(Reporting - Camera) Sinan Bilgili/ İstanbul, July 22 (DHA) ? In Istanbul's Bahçelievler district an armed person wearing a mask rubbed a bank and vanished with 30 thousand liras, after having neutralized the security officer and heading to the bank's pay-office.

The ban rubber entered a bank branch in Siyavuşpaşa neighbourhood of Barbaros Street around 12.30 on July 22, while threatening and neutralizing the security guard of the bank with his gun.

Following a tip-off, police teams were dispatched by the Bahçelievler District Directorate of Security and Public Security Branch Office. The police collected evidences and fingerprints at the scene of incident, while taking the security camera recordings for examination.

The police have launched an investigation to find the rubber, while a police helicopter supported the operation on air.
