Suicide bomber, that has blown himself at the heart of touristic Sultanahmet district of Istanbul, has been identified as Nabil Fadlı of Saudi Arabian origin, born in 1988. A blast has killed at least 10 people and injured 15, mostly amongst foreigners. Investigations of police continue to enlighten.
