Istanbul Police On Alert After Car Bomb Notice

Istanbul police have begun stopping and inspecting a specific type of vehicle on an Istanbul highway after receiving a bomb notice.

Cube trucks of a specific make and model have been inspected at the Çamlıca toll booths, with special operations police officers taking part in the controlled operation.

Meanwhile, a number of security measures have been instituted to prevent the passing of suspected vehicles.
