Russia's Lavrov Cancels Turkey Trip After Jet Downing

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he has cancelled his visit to Turkey, scheduled on Nov. 25, after "Turkey's downing of a Russian fighter jet", speaking to reporters in the southern Russian city of Sochi.
