Koç University faces eviction lawsuit over unpaid rent
Koç University in Istanbul is facing an eviction lawsuit from the Aya Paraskevi Rum Orthodox Church and First School Foundation, who claim that the university has not paid its rent. The property, which includes a school building and garden, was leased to the university for 25 years, with monthly rent of around 25,000 Turkish lira.
