An explosion has hit central Ankara near the Education Ministry on March 13. Reports state that there are wounded people in the area.
The explosion took place in the Güvenpark in the Kızılay district in central Ankara at 6.35 p.m. A number of vehicles were on fire after the blast.
This is the third major blast to hit the Turkish capital since October 2015.
