Health care personnel are on one-day general strike througout Turkey, to protest the government's "healt transformation programme", excluding the emergency services.
Health care personnel, including doctors, nurses and laboratory specialists, claim to be forced to work too long for low wages. Doctors said they were forced to deal with a patient per 5 minitues.
A group of health care personnel walked out of the Çapa Medical Faculty Hospital and marched to Bayazıt Square to meet other collegues from other hospitals.
