Finansbank Sold To Katar Bank For 2.75 Billion Euros

–national Bank of Greece (NBG) has sold Turkey's Finansbank to Qatar National Bank (QNB) for 2.75 billion euros.

According to Finansbank's statement to the Public Closure Platform, "National Bank of Greece SA (NBG) and Qatar National Bank (QNB) have signed a definite agreement that 99.81 percent of NGB's shares in Finansbank was sold to QNB for 2 billion 750 million euros". - Istanbul
