Antalya, Nov 6 (DHA) - In Antalya, set to host world powers within the G-20 Summit to be held on Nov. 15-16, police teams have launched operation against Islamic State (IS) threat.
Some 20 suspects alleged to have links with the IS have been detained.
Security measures have been boosted in Antalya ahead of the G-20 Summit.
