A training program aiming at teaching how to cook kebab "properly" is set to gather candidates of the "master" title, in the heart of the symbol kebab city of Adana.
The 7th round of the two-day-long training program will take place in facilities of Chamber of Commerce in Adana, organized by the "Kebab Preservation Commission".
The selection, preparation, grilling on a skewer and serving kebab, one of the essential elements of the Turkish cuisine.
Head of the Chamber Atilla Menevşe urged locals, tourists, also kebab lovers across the world to only consume kebabs prepared and served with respect to certain criteria, thus to search for a logo of "Patented Adana Kebab" in Adana restaurants and kebab shops.
